Couple problems with the room. Fairly quick response from staff. 45 minutes after checkout, realized we left some things in the room. Called the hotel from the road and Renaldo at the front desk contacted housekeeping so we could return and retrieve them. Only real complaint was that lack of information about shuttle SERVICE (not operated by the hotel) meant we missed the bus at the park at 11:30 PM and spent an hour an an half in the parking lot at Disney waiting for the next one. Hotel was last stop on the bus route even though it passed within 1/2 block at the beginning.

I expected a better hotel. It was a little deteriorated. Tha carpets were dirty. I did not have the room cleaned every day and when they did, they only made bed but did not vacum or clean the bathroom!

Totally worn out facility. The hotel is dirty, the beds worn out, the promised WI-Fi works only in the lobby, when it is working.. 80% of the time it didn´t work at all. The breakfast is bad, so we had to go for breakfast every morning. The window doesn´t close properly so it is so loud, that you can´t sleep.. A real nightmare for 9 nights!!! Never, never again!!!
