Enjoyed a quick trip to the city. Parking garage is next door to the hotel and discounted for guests. One block from Times Square. Everyone was waiting to help and very friendly. We were able to check our bags at the hotel and enjoy the day in the city. Only gave a 4 for cleanliness because a few things in the the bathroom such as the light switch seemed dirty, but when we tried cleaning it, it didn't get much cleaner; either needed bleach or to be replaced. They are renovating floor by floor, so things like this will be improved upon soon. For the most part, everything else in the bedroom area was very clean and comfortable.

I was thrilled with the courteous service , clean room( I am a bed bug freak, and checked every inch of my room,,, it was spotless !!!! ) and nice size of our room ! The free coffee & muffins in the morning were great ( Starbucks coffee & yummy cinnamon muffins from a place down the street from the hotel ) I read some of the other reviews, and got a little nervous, but am thrilled that we chose to stay here ! We had 2 rooms, and both were spotlessly clean. I also loved that this is a total smoke free hotel. Perfect hotel for anyone going to a show, and truly in the perfect spot on 8th ave., lots of great restaurants just steps away !

This hotel is located at a very convenient spot for visitors interested in Broadway shows, Central Park, the garment district and general midtown west activities. Lots of restaurants nearby, convenient to the subway, and easy to get cabs. Make sure to get the breakfast package, as you get a delicious full hot buffet with fresh-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. There's no atmosphere in the hotel whatever, but you're in New York - get your atmosphere outside. Pluses: very good wifi signal, and it's free to registered guests. Minus: somewhat small (flatscreen) TV with limited channel choices. All in all, highly recommended.
