Overall, the stay was pleasant. As written, the hotel is close to major attractions - CNN Studio; MLK Historical Site; World of Coca-Cola; High Museum of Art; and restaurants galore. Also, it was great to have the shuttle service available and the wait time was minimal. Kudos to Juan and Jeff, the shuttle drivers. The room decor was nice and it was clean, but the bathroom was too small which resulted in no privacy. Poor design planning.

This was my second stay at a Hyatt Place. I really appreciate the free internet, free breakfast, and high-end feel on a budget (when you factor in the free internet and breakfast its an even better deal). But this was clearly a refurbished hotel and they didn't take too much time to make the bathrooms or fitness area up to par. Thin windows made the room a little too noisy for me as well.

Not worth it!

Our room was nice but the beds were smaller than we expected. The bathroom is a joke, seriously, you can't open the door for hitting the toilet. Wonder why they don't show a picture of the bathroom? Now you know! The tv is nice and big which the kids liked. Food and drinks are way overpriced, paid $* for a 20 oz Coke! Breakfast is laughable. Cereal, runny oatmeal, yogurt, and bread. You can pay $* and get the bacon, eggs and potatoes in the picture. Also the shower is either really hot or really cold. There is no in-between. And of course very low water pressure. The shuttle was nice to have but the a/c was not working. We decided to cut our trip short and check out early. Despite everything else the staff was wonderful.
