If you don't stay at Waldof Astoria you don't know nothing about NY..
11/17/2011I used to stay in this hotel before is not my first time.. this trip was cheapest i ever paid ..make feel milionaire ..rooms, walls with tons of history ..pleasant ...
I used to stay in this hotel before is not my first time.. this trip was cheapest I ever paid ..make feel milionaire ..rooms, walls with tons of history ..pleasant people well located walking distance of broadway.Honest ..if I can't afford at least Waldorf Astoria I would rather stay at home .

I only wish I could have been when there was no construction. The Hotel was fabulous. I did wish that we had a Full Length Mirror to check out what we looked like, but there was enough in other places of the hotel. I loved how there was a museum hallway to read about the history of Waldorf Astoria The staff were most helpful, although at checkout we left our bags with the bellman and later had to go down to the basement and find our own luggage and lug it back to the taxi. The front desk recommend great places to go eat, all of the outside bellmen were wonderful in giving directions, hailing cabs or pedi cabs. It was my first time to New York, and my one year anniversary with my boyfriend (now fiance) and the Hotel defiantly made all the difference!

I have stayed here twice once in the towers and other time in the hotel. Both stays were great, I am hard to please when it comes to hotels and restaurants. I try to stay at upper end hotels when i travel. I dont mind to spend the money if i receive the quality service. The Waldrof is a great place to stay, everyting you need is in house
