The staff could not have been nicer. Everyone asked how our stay was and if there was anything else that could be done. Check in and check out were speedy. Loved the atmosphere of old NYC. Hotel is in central location making it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was spacious. Had been worried about issues with AC per other reviews, but the AC was more than sufficient.

06/08/2012Our stay at the waldorf was excellent. we could not have had a better experience. everyone was helpful - even loaning us umbrellas for the day as we strolled along times ...
Our stay at the Waldorf was excellent. We could not have had a better experience. Everyone was helpful - even loaning us umbrellas for the day as we strolled along Times Square exploring. I cannot say enough great things. I highly recommend this hotel.
