We have been going to the Crown Pacifiq for years.The new managers Dewey and Cindy are friendly and helpful.They helped us with tips on things to do and places to eat.They told us were the best spots are to see the whales.The rooms are clean.The spa tub is just the right temp to sit and relax.It does not cook you out in 10 minutes.I love that the spa is now open until 10pm.For a free breakfast it is nothing to complain about,it

I have stayed here many times in the past and have always been very happy with the the hotel. However, it appears to be under new management and they have really let the place go. The room we were put in had a fireplace that did not work for more than 2 min. at a time, so we had to use wall heater. After it ran for a little while the smoke alarm started chirping. I complained to the man at the desk who came right up and messed with the smoke detector but obviously had no idea what he was doing! He finally moved us to another room which was smaller and had no fireplace. In this room, the handle on the balcony sliding door was broke and hanging on by one screw! There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, hanging from shower head and on towel rack inside the "clean" towels! We paid good money for a bad room and I will NOT be back! The only good thing left here is the ocean view. As we were leaving early the next morning I could hear smoke alarms chirping in some of the other vacant rooms!

The Hotel was nice ..they got us more pillows the ones they had were quite flat. The room was large and we had a nice view of the ocean and had a little lani. We spent two nights there and had no real complaints. The only thing is that the contintal breakfast consists of muffins and coffee.

The location and view were well worth the stay. The fireplace made the mound of the oceam very enjoyable and warm. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back.
