  • All guests will check-in at Alpine Rst Properties in down town Winter Pk. Coming from the south on US Hwy 40: 2 miles past the Winter Park Ski Resort is the town of Winter Pk. Once you are in down town Winter Park, make a left at 7-11, make a quick left into the parking lot of Alpine Rst Properties. Please call 800-551-9943 for after hours check in procedures.
