It was our first visit to New York and we wanted to make certain that we could stay at an affordable hotel that was also safe in New York. We were very happy with the staff and accommodations and we will stay here again.

the hotel is clean, the room is quite large, the staffs at the front desk are warm and sincere. the hotel's free shuttle bus to JFK is very convenient and provids 24 hours service. there are some restaurants provides different styles of cuisines with the walking distance and can deliver the food to the hotel. it is a good choice if you want to catch up early flight at JFK airport.

The hotel was close to JFK and the shuttle service was a plus. I had an early morning flight, but the staff made sure I got some breakfast before leaving. If I have another overnight layover, I would use this hotel again.

Which is why I always choose the Hampton over other properties. When we checked in, we turned on the A/C and went to get something to eat. When we came back, the temp was still 80, so we called the desk. They sent up maintenance. We waited another half an hour, then we called down to say no change. We were switched to another room immediately.
