- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 10.00 USD per day (11.30 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

I travel often to South Beach and have stayed at many hotels without any problems. The first problem started when I saw a bill outside my door with my name on it and I was billed for room service that I didn't use, I thought the problem was fixed except when I went to check out there were more problems. They first charged me the wrong amount on my credit card. They fixed it and promised me everything would be ok. Then I get home and checked my online banking statement to see they put wrong charges back onto my credit card! I spent the next two weeks talking to different managers on the phone that keep telling me they would fix it.Finally I called Travel online to fix it and Miami Beach Club even lied to Travel online saying it was fixed but it wasn't. Finally after 3 weeks the incorrect charges where taken off my credit card, but come on that was ridiculous! Noone should have to stay at a hotel that does not take care of their guests.

We stayed here for 4 nights with my friend and loved it. Reasonably clean. Large room size. great location. It's very convenient to take the bus going to south beach and other places. I would stay here again when i come back.

09/02/2009When arrived, hotel lobby was very nice, and staff friendly, when we got to the hotel room on the 9th floor... different story... room outdated, tv had only few channels, ...
When arrived, hotel lobby was very nice, and staff friendly, when we got to the hotel room on the 9th floor... different story... room outdated, TV had ONLY few channels, room carpet old and stained, was afraid to walk bare-foot... bathroom shower curtain stained, they ask you to be green; and use towels few times... I don't mind to be green; and help the earth... but my bed sheets, we stayed there 7-days; were NEVER changed... when addressed this at the front desk.. was told, we'll send the service; well the service never arrived... did not like the idea of $ charge for valet parking, the weather was very nice, and Ocean incredibly warm...

The Hotel was Smoke Free, which we didnt' know till we got there, they had a big motorcycle convention which took over the whole hotel. If we had know we would not have booked the room. There was no mention of the motorcycle convention, the place was extremely crowded, was very loud all hours of the nite and morning. Did not sleep well with all the noice. Screaming and motorcyles reving all hours of the nite and day. Was very dispointing. Will not come to this hotel or location again. Also, the parking charge was outrages and we did not know about the charge of $25.00 per day for parking until we got our bill. The hotel should have stated this fact when we checked in. Very Awful and disappointed with the whole trip

When I pulled up I thought wow what a nice hotel. The lobby was beautiful. When I got to my room i was very disappointed it looked very dated. I've stayed in Holiday Inns that had nicer rooms. My room was too cold so I checked the thermostat only to find out there was no option for heat just to turn the a/c off. There was no remote for my TV. called the front desk they brought another remote but it didn't work either we finally get that situation resloved. The next day when i got back to my room i noticed that my tub was filled with dirty water. When house keeping was in they filled the tub up with wated and never cleaned it!! (so nasty) I left a pair of sock under the cover on purpose to see if they were really making the beds and not to any surprise i found my sock right where i left them. It seems as though they just pulled the sheet up and tucked them in there was still big wrinkles in the sheets. The room just didn't seem clean. The celing in the over the bath tub had midew on it and the tub seemed to be stained.
